How to initiate Screen Sharing:
A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem.
| 1. | You must first call our support team at 1-646-435-0131. |
| 2. | Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed to initiate a screen-sharing session by clicking the "Live Support" button above. |
| 3. | You may be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in which will connect you to a member of our support team. |
| 4. | With your permission, a support representative can view your screen. |
| 5. | You are always in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. |
| 6. | We will log off of your computer when finished and you will be 100% free of our connection. The only way to get connected again will be for you to click the Live Support to begin a new session. |
